The completion of this Wish List serves as a confirmation of your appointment date and time. If you need to reschedule your appointment, contact the Castle ASAP by either responding to your appointment email, Wish List receipt email, or you can call the Castle to speak with someone directly 253.966.2355.

If you would like to make changes to your Wish List, you can reply to your Wish List email receipt.

As a reminder, here is what to expect at your appointment:

• Arrive at the Castle at your appointment time
• Only one person per appointment may come in to shop (either the service member OR the spouse)
• Upon arrival to the castle, there will be 100% ID check.
• While in the Castle, all individuals must wear a mask.
• Please remember no children are permitted in the Castle.

Santa's Castle is located at 2094 Bitar Avenue, JBLM, WA 98433. From the main gate, go straight down 41st Division Dr and turn right onto Bitar Avenue. Santa's Castle is approximately 1/2 mile down Bitar on the right across from the Clarkdale Community Center.
